Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients at all relevant levels within and outside the client organization
• The success of the Cybersecurity growth plans by motivating and guiding the Account Managers
• Positioning Conscia (and its values) and the entire Conscia Managed Cybersecurity Services portfolio in alignment with the client's specific situation, acting as a trusted advisor for the Conscia portfolio
• Understanding the client's core business operations and translating this into IT impact and/or Conscia's Managed Cybersecurity Services, if applicable, by developing targeted account plans
• Delivering presentations and defending submitted proposals
• Taking ultimate responsibility for proposal processes and contract closures
• Ensuring a smooth project handover to the project team
• Keeping up to date with knowledge of Conscia's portfolio
• Providing feedback to Product Managers to optimize services
• Accurately maintaining CRM (whitespot analysis, forecasts, mailing lists, etc.) and reporting to the Account Management Lead/ Sales & Marketing Director
• lncreasing the share of wallet by actively working together the Account Managers in one's client portfolio, allowing the Sales Specialist to take the lead when appropriate
Qualifications:

• Leader by nature. Able to drive and motivate your collegues
• Structured approach to work (e.g., developing, presenting, and executing account plans)
• Commercial insight into organizational functions, processes, DMU, and the ability to anticipate strategic developments within organizations
• Understanding of the entire Conscia portfolio, at least at a conceptual level
• Awareness of technological developments and their relevance to Conscia clients
• Bachelor's (HBO) work and thinking level
